Stage 1 Paint Correction

This service is dedicated to vehicle owners who are ready to get rid of those circular swirl marks. Most swirl marks are a result of improper wash techniques or automated car washes. Another leading cause of swirl marks can be trapped dirt in the fibers of a wash mitt or drying towel. Our process starts with our De-con Wash. We then Transition the car over to one of our bays in the studio where we can fully examine the car under specific lighting that provides us with excellent visibility. We then evaluate the paint and select the correct pad and polish to safely remove the swirls and enhance the gloss levels. Finally, we apply carnauba wax to protect the paint. We suggest re-applying the carnauba wax every 6-8 weeks.

Stage 2 Paint Correction

This level of paint correction is designed to attack deeper or more stubborn scratches. Compound is introduced in this step. It is more abrasive than polish which makes this more of an aggressive method when doing paint correction.

As always, our process starts with our De-con Wash. We then Transition the car over to one of our bays in the studio where we can fully examine all scratches and heavy swirls under specific lighting that provides us with excellent visibility. We then evaluate the paint and select the correct pad and compound to safely remove those stubborn scratches. After the car is done with the compound process, it leaves behind a marring residue that must be polished out. This is why this process is called a 2-step paint correction. Finally, we apply carnauba wax to protect the paint. Many customers choose to take it to the next level and apply professional ceramic coating at this point. We suggest re-applying the carnauba wax every 6-8 weeks.

Wet Sanding

Please keep in mind that there will be special instances where wet sanding may be required for certain scratches and contaminants, this is a super aggressive approach and involves leveling the clear coat. Granted, the act of sanding does create small scratches in the clear coat, so this process is always followed by a 2-step paint correction.

Multi-Step Paint Correction with Ceramic Coating

This level of paint correction is committed to car owners who are looking for a 2-step paint correction but with more focus on long-term paint Protection. We add a premium layer of ceramic coating that will drastically enhance the gloss levels of your vehicle’s paint. Additionally with proper care, it will stay this way for years to come.

As always, our process starts with our De-con Wash. After the car is done with the compound process, it leaves behind a marring residue that must be polished out. We then inspect the vehicle for and start the ceramic coating application process. We apply a minimum of 2 layers of ceramic coating. The ceramic coating that is included in this process carries 3+ years of durable protection from the harsh realities of the environment and will keep your car looking amazing with proper care.
